Whoehoew, we are already in France. Time flies when you have fun with your friends. Today is Kelly’s birthday. So we got to celebrate that! And we have a big surprise for her. She doesn’t know that we have bought tickets for the concert of David Guetta. Tonight he is playing at the Olympia building in Paris! Hopefully she will be surprised. I’m so excited, because David Guetta is one of the best DJ’s in the world. Let me introduce you to him.

Pierre David Guetta was born in Paris in 1967, to a Moroccan Jewish father and a mother of Belgian descent. We know him as David Guetta and he is a French DJ and record producer. He plays in clubs all over the world. But a lot of festivals ask him to. In Belgium, he has played at Tomorrowland.

Guetta thanks his success with his first album ‘One Love’ which included the hit singles ‘When Love Takes Over’, ‘Gettin' Over You’, and ‘Sexy Bitch’. He reached with this three songs the number one in the United Kingdom.

His next album was released in 2011, ‘Nothing but the Beat’. Because off the success with the singles ‘Where Them Girls At’, ‘Little Bad Girl’, ‘Without You’, ‘Titanium’ and ‘Turn Me On’, he became a very popular DJ.

Guetta has sold over nine million albums and 30 million singles worldwide. In 2011, he was voted as the number one DJ in the 'DJ Mag Top 100 DJs' fan poll.

In 2013, Billboard crowned ‘When Love Takes Over’ as the number one dance-pop collaboration of all time.

A little bit of David’s personal life: he married night club manager Cathy Lobé in 1992. They have two children: son Tim Elvis Eric (born 9 February 2004) and daughter Angie (born 23 September 2007). After a marriage of 22 years, they divorced at Paris in March 2014. They are still arguing about the division of a $30,000,000 fortune!
