Unbelievable, we have reached our last stop: Norway.
This capital is well-known for the several fashion blogs. A lot of (young) Norwegian girls create a blog independently on which they post the latest trends and outfits. Here is the concept ‘fashion’ very large: it goes from clothes till cosmetic products etcetera.
The biggest fashion website in Norway is “moods of Norway”. On this site, you can find everything: men’s wear, women’s wear, children’s wear, sportswear, cosmetic products and a blog in which different designers explain the upcoming trends and the different colours you can match.
During our trip, we have interviewed a Norwegian girl who has been bloggi
ng for 5 years. Her name is Erica Mohn Kvam. She is 18 years old and lives in Trondheim. She blogs about her everyday life, her purchases, her thoughts, outfits, videos and product recommendations. She inspires a lot of Norwegian girls, she seems to be the style icon of Trondheim. It was an honour to interview her, she also gave us several fashion tips and tricks.
In Norway, there are a lot of events in the context of fashion. On the one hand, you have the Norwegian fashion week. This event takes place in the capital of Norway, Oslo, in February. This year, Oslo has become the first country to ban animal pelts, which was their main theme, from its biannual event. This ban is a response to the efforts of the community of ‘Mote Mot Pels’.
On the other hand, the Norwegian people celebrate several festivals. Vinterfestuka is a winter festival in Narvik and is organised in March. The festival includes the cultural history of Narvik and during this period, all the inhabitants of Norway wear historical costumes. In each city is another party.

Our trip has come to an end. Each of us had a lot of fun, we enjoyed the different traditions and inhabitants. We are sure we will return to some countries together.
